We strip out rotten timber and tired plastic and fit new uPVC fascias and ventilated soffits in the colour you choose. uPVC does not rot, warp or need repainting, so once it is on it looks after itself.

How much do new fascias and soffits cost?

It depends on the length of roofline, single or two storey access, and the condition of the timber behind the old boards. We measure up and give you a clear written price for the boards and colour you choose.

Can you replace the fascias without replacing the gutters?

Yes, if the guttering is still sound we can take it off, fit the new fascias and refit it. If the gutters are also tired it is often more cost effective to renew both together while the access is there.

Why do soffits need to be ventilated?

Ventilated soffits let air move through the roof space, which helps prevent condensation and damp and keeps the timbers dry.

Do uPVC fascias need painting?

No. uPVC does not need repainting. An occasional wipe down keeps it looking fresh for years.
